3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to access and participate in our community and coaching services.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the resources provided, there are no refunds for digital products (including guides, PDFs, and downloadable content).

Refunds for coaching programs or 1:1 services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be prorated based on services rendered to date. To request a refund, please email abby@itsabby.co.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website and community respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or violation of any law will result in immediate removal.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this Website, in coaching programs, and in the community (including video, written, and visual content) is owned by Abby DeGraff and may not be copied or distributed without express permission.

7. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Website or community constitutes acceptance of those changes.
